You can book him as a motivational speaker.
The former head coach of the San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers has been out of football since 2001, the season in which Carolina stumbled to a 1-15 record.
The Seattle Times interviewed Seifert last week for a story about Seahawks coach Mike Holmgren, who was Seifert's offensive coordinator for the 49ers in 1989.
And in 2002, Seifert participated in Steve Mariucci's celebrity bocci tournament in Los Gatos, Calif. Here's a picture of Seifert getting ready to roll.
Seifert has been keeping a low profile, as the limited web content over the last few years attests.
Seifert is one of only 12 NFL head coaches with more than one Super Bowl victory, winning the crown with the 49ers in '89 and '94. His regular-season coaching record was 114-62, and he was 10-5 in the playoffs.
On a 49ers message board, fans are clamoring for him to return as head coach. After the last few football seasons in San Francisco, it's easy to understand why.
Seifert turned 65 last month.

Seattle perspective: We'd just as soon the 49ers stick to the hacks for a while, thank you very much. We don't need another Joe-Gibbs-esque resurrection in the NFC at the moment -- especially not in the Western Division!
