Here's a food-wine pairing worth trying:
Seasoned mahi-mahi with a glass of 100 percent Garnacha.
Garnacha, or grenache, is a Spanish grape. The bottle we opened was a 2004 Vinos Sin-Ley, from the Manuel Martinez vineyard in the Carinena region. The spicey flavor was a perfect match for the mahi-mahi.
Toss in some garlic bread sticks and fresh string beans and you have a meal.
Yum.
Count me in!
