It's kind of blurry, but below is my "customer service chat" with Comcast last night. I was inquiring about the hours of one of the offices that replaces cable boxes.
Turns out, Comcast puts sales reps on the customer service chat.
It's one thing to have a cross-sell strategy, but I don't recommend using sales reps in a forum when customers are looking for answers.
