"Trivial amount of fat." They used to say NO fat which always puzzled me. I assume adding the word "trivial" was a concession to truth-in-advertising/labelling pressure.

Sadly, most nuts are full of fat--a small handful is about all one should ever have. Kinda surreal to think how we totally did not consider this until the last ten years or so.

Maybe they preserve the bullion the same way they do Twinkies?
