A good friend passed away yesterday.
He was a mainstay at Fourth of July gatherings and Thanksgiving celebrations.
He'd arrive early, sipping tea and and talking about routers. And cable boxes.
He loved his family and he loved his dog.
He could fix anything and he'd show you how to do it.
He loved his house on the water.
He didn't love artsy movies.
"Bob, did you see 'The Piano?' "
"Never heard of it."
But that was OK. Because he loved a lot of things.
Especially his family. And all of those grandkids.
We'll miss you, Bob.
Sorry, Dan. :(

Danny - your father-in-law was a great man. He touched a lot of people and always put family first. I'm glad I got to know him over the years. He was the first Abrahall I met, even before Christine's mom.
